A supergroup incline project by definition, Swedish death/thrashers Demonoid feature of speech singer Christofer Johnsson and brothers Kristian (guitar) and Johan Niemann (bass) of avant-garde alloy veterans Therion, teamed up with late Soilwork drummer Rickard Evensand. Together, the quartette sought to revisit some of their old school alloy influences, from clobber to decease, to trump up a brutal, aggressive, just still quite melodic and song-driven debut album in 2004's Riders of the Apocalypse, released by Nuclear Blast.
